1. Copyrighted Materials

We at Cloud Nine put a lot of time and hard work into building this site for you to enjoy. But we gotta tell you that all "things" on this web site are protected by the copyright laws of the U.S.A. This includes, but is not limited to, a thingee called Title 17 of the United States Code and the Berne Convention and all treaties and conventions pertaining to intellectual property rights to which the United States is a signatory. It also may contain some very valuable logos or marks (or somebody else's that we've used with their consent or as permitted by law), which are protected under the Lanham Act and other laws. We want you to enjoy this site, but you can't reproduce, post, modify, reuse or transmit all or any part of this stuff, no way no how, without first recieving written permission from us saying that you can. There are some nasty penalties, both civil and criminal, that would apply if you go ahead without our prior written permission. If you know of anybody using our stuff that shouldn't, we'd appreciate it if you'd let us know.

Now we know you may be able to read this stuff in Timbuktu, Siberia and other well-traveled places of the world. But we're headquartered in a country just south of Canada and north of Mexico, and while we don't mind your reading this, our site has been designed to comply with the laws of the United States of America, period. If anything on this site is construed as contrary to the laws of where you are when you access it, it isn't meant for you.
